NEW USER - HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE CONNECTION BANK APP (Android & iPhone)**

  1. Visit the App Store or Google Play and search for "Connection Bank"
  2. Install the app 
  3. Use your existing online banking Username and Password
  4. You're ready to roll

HOW TO ENROLL WITH ALL OTHER SMARTPHONES

  1. Log in to your online banking account
  2. Click on "Options"
  3. Scroll down to Mobile Banking Profile
  4. Follow the instructions there

STEP ONE - GET THE CONNECTION BANK APP

  1. Visit the App Store or Google Play and search for "Connection Bank" 
  2. Install the app 
  3. Use your existing online banking Username and Password**
  4. You're ready to roLL

**You must be set up with Online Banking before you can activate the app. You can enroll here or for further assistance, please call 800-832-0997.


STEP TWO - MAKE A MOBILE DEPOSIT

  1. Endorse back of check and below your signature write, "For Mobile Deposit"
  2. Open mobile app and click on "Deposits"
  3. Choose "New Deposit"
  4. Choose account to receive the deposit and enter the check amount
  5. Take a picture of the front and back of check
  6. Review deposit and click "Yes" to submit


STEP THREE - REVIEW DEPOSIT

  1. "Deposit Pending" will be displayed when your deposit has been successfully submitted. This means it is pending review at the bank. If everything looks good, the deposit will be posted to your account as "mobile deposit." If there are any issues with the deposit, we will contact you by email. 
  2. You will have next (business) day availability if the deposit is made by 4:00 pm CST.**
  3. Store your check in a secure location until you see it has been posted to your account, then properly destroy it.
